Windows la ultima actualización de windows 10 (20h2) se me queda en 61% al instalar

Hola, eso es lo que me pasa, leyendo unos foros en ingles es bastante común en esta actualización, el problema reside en unos drivers de audífonos Sennheiser y los driver conexant de audio, yo no tengo esos audífonos, solo tengo los driver conexant de audio que he actualizado a través del win update para ver si pasaba del 61% pero queda igual, leyendo en Reddit decian que desinstalando los conexant y sin volver a instalarlo luego volver a instalar la ctualización el sistema operativo se solucionaba, después se reinstalan los conexant por el update de Windows una vez el sistema este actualizado. Pero me da cosa, primero por que al borrar los driver, reiniciar para instalar la actualización creo que automáticamente volvera a instalar los drivers y segundo por que si se instala la actualización luego tenga problemas con los drivers.

A ustedes le ha pasado.??

Gracias, actualice por win update los drivers (en opcionales) luego le pase el SDI y no encontró nuevos, pero me preocupa un problema, informándome en los sitios de Microsoft sobre bugs y errores de driver encontré lo siguiente:

Windows 10 devices with affected Conexant ISST audio driver might receive an error or experience issues while installing the update or after the device has updated. The affected driver will be named Conexant ISST Audio or Conexant HDAudio Driver under Sound, video and game controllers in Device Manager and have file name uci64a96.dll through uci64a231.dll and a file version of 7.231.3.0 or lower.

To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on Windows 10 devices with affected Conexant or Synaptics audio drivers installed from being offered Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows Server, version 2004 until the driver has been updated. If your organization is using Update Compliance, the safeguard ID is 25178825.

Affected platforms:
Client: Windows 10, version 20H2, Windows 10, version 2004
Server: Windows Server, version 20H2, Windows Server, version 2004
Workaround: To mitigate the safeguard, you might need to check with your device manufacturer (OEM) to see if an updated driver is available and install it. If updated drivers are not available for your device and you are offered Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows 10, version 20H2, a small number of devices might roll back to the previous version of Windows 10 when attempting to update. If this occurs, you should attempt to update to Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows 10, version 20H2 again.

Next steps: Microsoft and Synaptics are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. As of January 14, 2021, we are adjusting this safeguard to allow certain devices with the affected driver to update to Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows 10, version 20H2.

Resolution: This issue was resolved for safeguard IDs 25702662 and 25702673. The safeguard hold has been removed for these safeguard IDs as of December 11, 2020. Please note, if there are no other safeguards that affect your device, it can take up to 48 hours before the update to Windows 10, version 2004 or Windows 10, version 20H2 is offered.


y mi versión del driver 8.66.46.65, ósea esta dentro de los 8.66.0.0 a 8.66.89.00 con problemas, pero al final sale que el problema esta resuelto y sale una safeguard, que esta en lenguaje técnico y no cacho nada, no sé si volver con los genéricos de Microsoft mientras no salgan nuevos drivers

estás sobrepreocupándote por las puras, ya estás con el controlador actualizado se supone que ya no tienes problemas, eso es todo, fin de la historia.

lo otros informes son solo para quienes hayan sido afectados realmente con el problema y experimentaron cosas criticas como pantallas azules y cosas así, que no tienen nada que ver con el problema que enfrentaste tú.
